ENTRY DEADLINE EXTENDED

Given covid outbreaks and restrictions in several states, to give you an additional 2 weeks to monitor the situation, it has been decided:

• to extend the deadline for standard entries from 22 August until 5 September; and
• the 90% refund cut off date will also move to 5 September. Here is the full entry fee & refund policy

ABSOLUTELY NO LATE ENTRIES

The extension of deadlines has reduced the necessary lead-in time that volunteers will have available for key tasks, prior to the start of the carnival.  As a result, the organisers regret that we will be unable to accept any late entries.
